Recycled Rubber

  • The CRs™ system allows previously vulcanized rubber crumbs to become chemically reactivated to create a new compounding material.

  • CRs™ can be used for SBR, PBR, IR, Butyl and EPDM rubber; it can be used with any vulcanized rubber crumbs.

  • CRs™ uses standard industry tire manufacturing machinery and requires no new capital investment.

para-phenylene-diamines

  • Imparts both antioxidant and antiozonant effects

  • Provides outstanding protection from dynamic stresses, oxidation, heat and ozone

  • Primary applications include tires and technical goods subjected to mechanical stress
